The company has an Ethics Line in place that can be used by staff, customers and suppliers to make the company aware of any behaviour against its code of conduct.
Concerns can be reported by filling in the attached form and providing contact details so that the complainant can be kept up to date with the investigation. The company will confirm the receipt of said concerns to the person reporting them within seven days.
As a general principle and to maximise effectiveness, we will not accept anonymous or clearly baseless reports. Reports must include a description of the relevant events and, where available, evidence of those events. An Ethics Committee made up of a member of the company's senior management and an external consultant will carry out an investigation and submit a report to the Board of Directors, which will take the appropriate steps. The complainant will receive a response within no more than three months from their concerns being reported.
The reporting of concerns will not in any circumstances lead to reprisals of any kind. The confidentiality of anyone making a report and other individuals involved will be protected at all times. Confidentiality will be kept with regard to the events reported while the report is being processed.
